Huh. In the version printed in canada...this scene is totally different.
She says something like "she acts tough and dresses like that to hide how vulnerable she is. Its actually a song....of deep compassion"
to which Yoh replies, "well, its the same for you,right?" (closely along those lines. But nothing romantic)

I hope the online one was translated correctly. It strikes me odd that she is not blushing in the manga in that scene :\
